When I was attending meetings, my leader said that those people that weigh in on Mondays are very successful because you have to learn to work the program all week to save for weekends.
I am using the WW Momentum plan because PP did not work for me and I am now doing WW from home. I have switched to Monday reset date and have found it much easier than my old Friday date (I would blow all my weeklies by Monday).
I wanted to start this post for my own accountability, but would welcome others that want to weigh in with me on Mondays.
