took a gym brake and chunked up 10 Lbs,Arghhh
I feel so uncomfortable in my own skin currently. I had to take a few months off from gym due to the dust there from the remodeling crew. So a week ago I weighed 10 Lbs more than I did 3 months ago. Does this sound like an ASVAP Math ? ? No , it's just an example of what happened to me. I think my metabolism slowed way down when I stopped running on the stairmaster for 1/2 hr each day. I was satisfied w/ my body during the summer. No stress and NO reason to binge. Complete silence most of the summer, in a peaceful environment except for cleaning house and shopping, taking walks and the gym. but I wasn't eating as much in the summer and now, since I have been eating again I notice all this water retention just pooled all in my abdominal area. I went back to gym today after my 30 minute walk. I saw how nice it looked and no dust. Then i worked out for 30 min s at gym and decided that this is my weight loss/control for the next few months. I will go to my gym again, but try to walk first if NOT too dark outside. I really want to drop 20 lbs ASAP. Wish me luck in having the motivation and energy to stick to my Total Control Weight loss Routine plan, from this moment on.
