Needed to distract my mind from the static I have been overwhelmed with in past few days. So did all my shopping earlier today. I can't believe how quickly a shopping bill adds up to $100.00 for just very basic items at the store. Anyhow , then I p/u my rx at Kaiser, and then came home and spendt rest of noon walking and then re-visiting my gym after taking off 2 months ago due to their dust and renovations. Impressed by what I saw today and the air is cleaner to breath at gym now too. I really want to drop 20 LBS ASAP and feel the soft lump of water just pooled at the bottom of my abdominal area disappear. No , I am not a MIA glorifier. I just want a flat tummy like I had a few years ago before I stopped my very disciplined daily spring/summer swim workout, then I stopped working out in the rain, and next thing I know I had chunked up 20 Lbs in about 3 years after working so very hard to drop almost 70Lbs from mere exercise and eating mega green salads, and lean TV Dinners and 1 piece of multi grain bread daily for dinner, NF yogurt for breakfast and Protein shakes for lunch plus ALL the exercise I already mentioned. Oh God help me lose this bloated tummy ASAP. I even purchased Magnesium and Calcium vits today at Wal-Mart and extra Diurex and fiber pills too....
