Defeated. Bummed. Sad. Depressed. Angry.
Eating good, burning on average of 400 calories more than I eat. 2 weeks of awful results. Took inches today 34.5/37.5/45 maybe I will see results there. Still on track but certain ready to say eff it.

Hmmm... Now it's my turn to be disappointed. I worked out *and* went for 45min-1hr walk EVERY DAY THIS WEEK. It looks like I lost a pound but that's because I'm converting from kilos and then rounding off. In reality I lost 200g. I know it will go down eventually, but I want it to go down NOW.
