Dangit ladies, I was side tracked again by life (mostly) work related) and I haven't had the chance to properly check-in. I also have been a little bit too relaxed with food and exercise but today I've started my very own personal 90 day journalling challenge to get me back in the tracking flow again. This is my priority and you will be seeing more, but LESS of me from now on
