I wanted to share that I am finally back on track
after a long struggle and a period of falling off the wagon since Christmas. In my last post, I talked about finding ways to fix the underlying issues of overeating. Of course, I am still dealing with this but I have been back on track for five days and I have lost a pound already. I think if I can get two good weeks in without slipping, I will be to the right track to losing this last 10-15 pounds..for good. During this time I need to do some reading and soul searching so when I finally hit true maintenance, I won't mess up like last time. It is a work in progress!
I am going to update my ticker. I haven't been able to move it down for a long time. It is nice to move it in the opposite direction for a change LOL.
