Still 203... Thought I was due for a drop closer or into onederland but had a couple of chicken wings and some vegetable dumplings which upped my carbs and the scale was not my friend Hopefully soon...

naynajay So happy for you!

As for myself, I need a I was down to 208.2 last week but went on a trip and lost control, now I"m back up to 212.6 I'm hoping some of it is just salt, so a bunch of water can wash it away quickly however, I just drank 4 cups of water with b-fast and feel really awful now
I wanted to be 205 by the end of the month...rrrrr.
My b-day is on April 27, would it be realistic to hope for onederland as a b-day present
