I hate hate hate people taking photos of me, especially when I'm unaware of it. Last week I was presenting for work and I went on our twitter yesterday only to see a photo of me presenting... From a side angle aswel. I had to double take because I couldn't believe that was me! My body isn't perfect but I certainly isn't as bad as I thought.

Also being able to properly fit into clothes at Topshop, River Island, Miss Selfridge and H&M. Before I'd buy the odd baggy top or leggings but now it's jeans, trousers, denim shirts, vests, dresses... And I've still got weight to lose so I'm looking forward to more shopping

When you're no longer afraid of people finding out how much you weigh! And the chafing thing of course. And when you discover collar bones and weird bony structures in previously heavily-padded places!

When you must go buy some new clothes because everything you own is too big. Way too big. Like clown clothes too big.

Being able to cross my legs without holding my leg there to keep it from falling right back off.

Laying in bed and not feeling like i'm going to suffocate from the rolls of fat around my throat.

Being able to sit on my DH's lap without fear, ok maybe a little fear, of flattening him like a pancake.

It's so good to read all these comments - I thought I was the only one to experience the chaffing, bath towels not being big enough, not being able to cross my legs and not being able to fit in chairs!

My biggest thing that I've noticed recently is that, when I'm walking down the train aisle on my commute into work I don't have to squidge my way through any more! The chair arms don't hit my hips any more, I can just walk through
