I just thought I'd post this to find out when fellow members started to realize they'd lost weight.
Mine are: My jeans getting so loose that they fall down when sitting down or walking anywhere. Sadly they are my favourites and I'm tempted to keep wearing them until they're round my ankles.
My friend being able to carry me a significant distance (He sprung that one on me, I don't think I've ever shrieked that loudly before) the best part is he's not a body builder or weight lifter!!
And being able to walk up the massive hills in my hometown without needing regular breaks to 'check my phone'
Oh god, the chafing is so painful!! then it hurts for days afterwards. And the bath towel thing was also a big moment for me, I could wear a bath towel and retain my modesty lol.
When my legs dont chafe like they used to ( I HATED THIS but who doesnt lol) Also when my pants/capris are loose on me!! I even noticed my pj pants falling on me!
When I lost a lot of weight one year, I remember not spilling over my jeans/shorts - hate the muffin top!
Also the confidence you feel when you know you look better. I also agree with Elizabeth - how different your face looks is great. Sometimes now (with all the weight back on!) I pull the skin around my neck to see what I'll look like thin! Hah!
My shoes were looser... they used to always be tight at the sides but not any more. I had always wanted to wear winter boots that went up my leg... this past winter I was able to do that!
Thought I'd share this one... my boyfriend grabbed my upper arm the other day and kinda wobbled it, and I said - oi get off my arm fat!!!! His response was - you don't have arm fat, you just have arm!!
Haven't lost a whole lot of weight yet, but I noticed when I ran for the bus as fast as I could, got on and sat down, then suddenly realised that I wasn't out of breath (even a tiny bit)!
