Can I ask what kind of leg exercises you do? From what you say I sort of gather that you do muscle BUILDING exercises. Running, cycling, that kind of thing?
If this is the case, you need to stretch your muscles out, because they'll have become big and bulked up. Maybe start doing pilates exercises, ballet or some other kind of dance. Think of a dancers body, they're always long and lean right?

Pilates, especially, is excellent for toning and lengthening muscles. It's cheap and relatively easy to do as you can get some really good home-DVDs for not a lot and the only equipment you need is a small mat.
