oy...if what i picked most often as a snack item was any one of those i probably wouldnt be here ..i should consider some of those choices..though im not fond of most
How about protein? I'll hardboil an egg or eat a can of water packed, drained tuna (just the tuna, no dressings added). That keeps me going for hours and hours, where most of the optios offered only keep me going for about a half hour or so.
If I am craving something salty I snack on Fat Free Pringles or Bake Doritos. If I am craving something sweet I have FF pudding cups with cool whip free or a pre-packaged Rice Krispie Bar.
Ok most of the time it is popcorn. But hey let's get real chocolate is the one true thing that is the hardest craving to let past. For that caving I eat the kemps sf fudge bars. 55 cal 0 fat and if you are doing WW 1 point per bar.
