You don't mention your starting weight but it sounds like with all that working out and if that is your usual diet you've got to lose weight. Just quickly eyeballing what you're eating its maybe somewhere between 600-800 calories daily or so? Are you trying to lose weight or burn fat? It's not quite the same thing. Also are you a vegetarian because to me it doesn't sound like you're getting enough protein for someone who works out to the extent that you do.

I'm no expert, but it looks to me like you aren't getting enough calories, protein or fat. Your body doesn't want to give up anything extra if it is only getting a small amount. Do some reading on the board, there are lots of areas discussing how many calories we need to lose/maintain, etc. Good luck!

I wouldn't lose squat eating that little. I've been doing the shred every other day since September, I do cardio on alternate days. I do the cardio for my heart health. I wanted to incorporate the shred as strength training and toning, so I wouldn't have loose skin and look all flabby since I had a lot to lose. I can't really say that doing the shred has made me lose weight. It is mainly diet, not exercise that knocks the weight down.

Hmm. Weight training won't exactly help with loose skin. Only time (or a scalpel...or both) can really take care of that.

Did you take your measurements at the beginning of the shred? A lot of people have similar stories to yours--that they lost very little weight or nothing at all BUT that they lost a boatload of inches. Essentially that means that they must have built a lot of muscle along the way. And that will definately help with future weightloss!

I agree with the others that it looks like you're not eating enough calories. If you keep your calorie intake so low, you might be sabotaging your weightloss. If you don't take in enough, your body might be holding on to whatever you do put into it. (Your metabolism will slow down)
