This is my week off from school - my grades are in & I got a 4.0 last quarter, which has been a wonderful boost!
W - 64 oz/day. I have cut up lemons, ready to go!
E - 30 minutes/daily
E- under 1600 per day/not all carbs - I took some time this weekend to prep veggies and make soup so I have a head start
D - Relax & recharge this week because next week it starts all over again

lovelies.
I've been MIA too, job hunting and school are consuming all my time.
Still watching my intake and everything though.
Lost .6 last week, it would have been more but I was foolish enough to eat out with friends the day before weigh in. >.<
Happy March everyone!

Week 4
I'm not going to post a new thread for week four since there were only 5 posts last week. My fault, I know I am so totally busy, and my computer is sucking right now.
My weed has been going okay.
W 80 oz
E35 minutes
E 1400 cals
D today~visit mom~dad is buying a truck, going with him~workout~pack some more.
It just had to be so that gas prices are skyrocketing right before we go to d-land. we are driving, but luckily I get good gas mileage.

Hello! I am totally willing to post more, by the way I'm just not sure how often to do it
W - 64 oz
E - 30 minutes, most days (and I did it today!)
E - My mom left for hawaii for 6 months, so this last week has been full of restaurant food and running around. I would like to plan my meals this week and increase my veggies.
D - Serenity and organization, I need them both today.
Hope you're having a good Monday, All!

Jeni, the gas is killer on this coast too, high 3.60's yesterday. Silly
Goldilocks, when we are sticking with our norms, alot of us were posting everyday, but we've been bad.
Guess what I am NOT giving up for Lent, 3FC! Will try to do better and post more often again.
18 inches and counting! Hate snow.

Glad to see I wasn't the only person MIA! Spooky coincidence actually! Is there some cosmic pull that we don't know about?!
Anyhoo, I just finished watching Biggest Loser and thought I should check in before slipping off to bed. I have been eating sweets every day now for the past week. This must stop!
See you on the other side, chickadees!

i guess we all were pretty busy..lol now i dont feel too bad.
Im starting fresh today with phase 1 South beach. Its pretty funny that the only diet that seems to work for me is sb. Ive tried so many and its the only one that seems to work. I believe i need limits and with sb i have it so for the next 2 weeks its no starch and sugars for me.
hope you guys are getting enough sleep for your busy days. i know for myself i should be getting way more which means staying off the computer but i missed you guys..lol im gonna try hard to check in with you all ...

Hey ladies -
Sorry I've been MIA, still here! Weigh in day today...
PrePregWeight: 164.0
1st trimester (5-13 weeks): 165.4 (+ 1.4)
14 weeks: 167.0
15 weeks: 169.0
16 weeks: 169.4
17 weeks: 169.8
18 weeks: 171.0
19 weeks: 172.4
20 weeks: 172.2
21 weeks: 174.2
22 weeks: 174.8
23 weeks: 176.4
24 weeks: ---
25 weeks: 177.8 (+13.8)
Trying to keep it under 180 until at least 30 weeks, we'll see!
Tiara - SB style, paleo or lower carb diets tend to be the most effective for me too - too bad they're so darn hard sometimes! Best of luck to you!

Emily, you are doing great! I gained about 60 lbs each time, which is why I am on 3FC. Getting rid of the baby weight...only my baby is 20.
I am still sucking w exercise but good with food, need to try to find time to put it all together.
W 100
E Do some, start w stairs at work. I work on the 8th floor, so that is actually a workout!
E POP
D Taking care of the little things.
