Default Question For Core people

Do you still follow core and core food list?
Do you now follow SFT and still use the same core foods?

I was looking at the food list and know that they drop the ff sf pudding and avocados. do you still use them as no point food?

Any thoughts on this would be great.

I followed Core back in 2004 and now am doing SFT. The food list is basically the same without the ff sf pudding, avacados, olives and a few other foods. There isn't a once a day requirement of potatoes/pasta either. The new list is low fat, no added sweatners -- a lot of focus on whole grains and less processed foods. No canned soups are on the list due to the soduim, ketchup is also off the list for the same reasons.
