Hi all,
I just happened upon this site and think it's wonderful! I'm 53 and just started dieting today, and will loosly follow the Weight Watcher's plan as I did a number of years ago (lost over 20 pounds). As we get older, the weight creeps up like cheap underwear, and I'm appalled at the fat stranger in my mirror.
There are so many threads and Forums here - any advice on how best to use this site would be appreciated!
