Always wear what fits, not what you can make fit. Sure the tag says ur a smaller size, but in the end it makes you look bigger.. Plus no1 can see the tag.

It's funny.. Losing sizes seems to take SO long.. but when I gained 40 pounds back mid journey, i went up 2 pant sizes easier than anything When I know I didn't go down 2 pant sizes in those 40 pounds...

My body is just mean though, I've decided. lol

I can't make any sense of how my body fits clothing sizes.

I lost 50lbs and dropped four clothing sizes. Over time I've gained back 20lbs but haven't gone up any sizes. Yes some of my tighter things don't fit any more and yes, I don't look as good in them as I did. They still fit, though.

HLS - Try weight lifting. THAT is what made the difference for me in sizing. I started with Jillian Michaels at home and progressed to Chalean Extreme. I didn't lose any more weight initially, but lost a pants size. To be honest, that was almost more satisfying than the pounds peeling off It turned out to be key for me. The cardio just was not making me smaller.

Clothing sizes are really annoying! I am at this moment wearing a size 10 jeans. The crazy thing is that I am really about a 12 in pants size. So these "10's" act as my fat pants. I have 4 pair of size 12 jeans and I only fit into 3 of them, the 4th pair fits…. sorta… but I don't want to scare children. "The giant Muffin is coming to kill us all!!" Waaaahh =*( sizes are senseless really.
