Just made this, with a little of a variation = into a shake!, so obviously there will be differences in the nutritional values, but tastes equally as yummy and almost as good for you
Instead of the yogurt, I used a 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla ice cream and instead of the flaxseed oil, I used 2 tsp. of ground flaxseed, and instead of the water, I used non-fat milk. The rest of the ingredients and measurements remained the same. This really is a nice satisfying liquid dessert
