I'm nearing the end of stage 1 because I've had to take some days off due to work. I love the program though! It's helped me a lot with my general shape of my body as well as my weight loss.
I now have the balls to go into the weight area and lift with the rest of the guys, but now I find I'm just irritated by their grunting and messiness haha. It took about 4 or 5 times until I started getting comfortable though.
I suggest you do it, I'm getting muscles I didn't know I've had

I really need to get back on track though, your post is kinda inspiring me to find ways to get the gym more often (or even do it from home). I think I'm getting bored because this phase is taking so long to complete, next one looks killer though so I guess I should just push myself through so I can get to that one
