So my three goals for the challenge were:

Quit smoking
EPIC FAIL!

Work towards Week 6 of C25k.
Did C25K W6D3 yesterday! 2 1/4 mile run with no walking!

Week 7, here I come.

Lose 3-5 pounds.
224.6 to 221.3 = 3.3 pounds lost!
