I started Walk at home 5 mile fat burning walk yesterday and I did 3 miles and today I did 4 miles. I love this workout it's not too hard but really makes you work. I've never done a Lesile Sansone dvd before but I'm already thinking about getting the 5 mile ADVANCED walk DVD because it seems more upbeat.

I have one of Leslie's DVDs. I like it a lot, because it's not too hard, so you can kind of give it a bit more than you could with a super hard workout, if that makes sense.

Because of living in England, they don't seem to sell her dvd over here, and I've read some reviews on Amazon and some people haven't been able to play them over here due to being a different region dvd player.
Anyway I found her one mile walk and two mile walk online. So I tried her two mile walk today and loved it. I have muscles in my legs that hurt so must be doing something good. Am going to keep trying to use it daily along with my other exercise dvd's. Am so glad I've been able to see a copy of it after all the good review's i've heard about her dvd's

OMG!!!!!! I'm going to get this today (hopefully) and start it up. I haven't been able to do exercise I normally do because of some severe back pain. I forgot Leslie existed. God I love this place.
