No weigh-in for me, either. It was Larry's birthday. (That's my excuse. )
We combined birthday and Father's Day and went to Outback Steakhouse. Big Yummy!!!!

Clint and Sittingrumpy Way to Go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did no weight in last week, lost -.2. better down then up. Did not have a good week. I will get back on track.
We have a hot air balloon fest this week end. I am sure I will walk a ton.

Sittingrumpy, I know you are excited to be so close to your under 300 goal. You can do this!!!!!

Clint, any loss is a good one. Just remember that. Okay!

Jeanne, you've had parties and fun and stress these last few weeks. Don't beat yourself up over the gain.

Diane, get in that walking and more exercise and drinking water. You can do it, too!!!

I had a gain. I'm not surprised, although, I'm not happy with myself. Okay, this week it's back OP.

My WI's are officially Tuesdays now, but my friend and I are going WEds. since she has to work! I've had a great week and I already know I'm going to report a loss (I peeked)! But, I'll save the amount until my official WI!
