Question- is FF milk and/or plain yogurt allowed in Phase One? The allowed food list states yes then the non allowed food list states no.......which is it??

Yep, it's allowed. Up to 2 cups a day, including yogurt.

Yes, both skim and 1% milk and plain, nonfat yogurt are now allowed on Phase 1.

Make sure you are looking at the latest food lists! If you are using the first book, you need to be aware that there have been quite a few changes to the food lists.
