It's going down! 141 this morning. Carbs yesterday were only 27% - lowest yet!

CherokeeAngel- it does all depend on us as I am realizing! I think I knew that, but denial is powerful when in the thick of it. I want more than anything to be healthy.

TXMary2 Yeah it is up to us and i was also in denial!
I went today and my A1c has dropped from 13 to 8!
YAY!
