The beige menu is on page 5 of this forum under the title "Help!" You will see a paperclip, click on it and the whole beige program is there. It is the MRC file. Good Luck, being doing this on my own, because of cost, since June 9, have lost 26lbs. Found subsitutes that are working, don't take any of the extra pills, except for a multi vit. and fish oil. Walmart makes a product called body fortress-whey protein, and a comparable amount is a heaping tablespoon with water. Choc. is my favorite, taste like choc. milk. Good Luck!
