Ah, you've still done great so far, and you are well on your way to final goal, just don't let it get you in to a downward spiral....start over afresh, and persevere, you genuinely CAN do it!
I'll be next months eager cheerleader if no one else wants to do it, it might help me to get back into the saddle and I need all the help I can get right now.
Well, I knew I hadn't done too well last week, my bf flew to Italy for his job on tuesday so Thursday all the way through to tuesday was a bit pants food wise, but I've been super good since then and the scale said 184.6 this morning!!!
I'm really pleased, this is the closest I've ever made it to a date goal, I normally give up half way, so I'm happy!!!
