Default Need fiber supplement recommendations

I need to start taking a fiber supplement. This is not related to weightloss, but to other problems I'm having, and doctor recommended. I do get a lot of fiber in my diet already, but I need more. I'm just wondering if anyone takes one, and which ones people think taste the best - and powder disolved in water or chewable?

I recommend Benefiber. It has no taste at all, so can be added to anything.

I'm a fan of Benefiber too.

I like fiber choice SF chewables.
They're reasonably priced and easy to grab and go.

Psyllium husk is really good in my opinion...

I've used psyllium husk pills as well. You will find that ingredient in a lot of the fiber supplements. The best thing about the pills is that you don't have to chew or drink them and they are relatively less expensive in comparison.

I was wondering if anyone knows why benefiber sometimes clumps up when you are mixing it in a liquid.
