How's everyone doing? I'm steadily hovering between 131 and 132 after the weekend, but hoping to be out of the 130's this week!

Bama girl: Wow- so close! Good luck.

I was 135.75 lbs this morning. Recently my weight seems to be staying fairly constant for a week or so and then I get a sudden drop of a couple of pounds so I'm hoping that sudden drop will be tonight! I'd like to be at 134 lbs (if not less!) when I weigh in on the 1st July.

136.6 this morning, but the doctor's office scale said 140. Don't know who to trust! I sure don't feel like I'm 140!

130.6! I am so happy! And ready to be out of the 130's! My fat is literally melting off for some reason, but if it keeps going this fast I might make an appointment with my doctor to make sure there's not something causing this that isn't so healthy.

After the next 0.6 pounds, next stop, goal!

Hello!! I can't believe I never noticed this thread before! I have been stuck at 137/138 lately and cannot WAIT for 120's again. I am in my 2nd week of a bootcamp class, so I am hoping it will get me where I want to be!!!

LADIES!!!

This thread hasn't been touched in a month!!!!! I'm reviving it!

I've made it down to 132, but after a good weekend, the scale said 135 today. So I just ran for 30 minutes and did the elliptical for 30 minutes and I'm drinking water like a mofo today, I'll see that 132 again soon!

My weight really isn't going in the right way! I went out to a party last night and ate and drunk way too much and this morning I was back up into the 140's! It was only by 0.25 lb though so I'm hoping it was just me still being bloated from how much I ate, I'm sure I'll be back in the 130's by tomorrow morning. On the plus side I think seeing the number jump up renewed my motivation, not only did I stick to plan completely today but I also managed a 10 mile walk, if I can keep this up the weight will start dropping off!
