Lightbulb zero points

just a question. when do you start to add more points to zero point foods. ex:1 cup of Black coffee is 0 points. what if I decided to drink a 2nd cup? would I then add a point or is it ALLWAYS no matter how much I consume...going to be zero points. ??

I think it depends on the food. If you eat enough carrots, they will eventually start adding up. But for coffee, it's a zero calorie beverage, so I don't think it'll ever be any points. Some zero points food have calories, but enough fiber to counteract the calories, and those are the ones you have to watch out for. Coffee, water, diet soda etc. have no calories, so they're truly zero.

Hope this helps!!

I personally always double the cal, total fat, and fiber to make sure that it is still zero. If you are going to eat 3 servings then triple it. That way you know for sure.
