Okay, I'm ready

Thanks Heidi for choosing to continue focusing on the same goal. I was feeling a wee bit sheepish about it but feel much better now.
I'm with Emma - gotta get ahold of that grazing! It's my downfall and it's definitely how I gained the 10 lbs back
So, now eating off the meal pattern of, at most, 3 and 3. For me most days that 3 and 2 because dessert almost never happens around here but I'll leave myself that wiggle room. Oh, and a glass of wine could be dessert
Second goal - 15 minutes of planned exercise every day. I get one day off if I need it.
