My goal is to do 20 min of exercise every single day. It doesn't have to be organized exerice. It could be playing with the kids, Wii, walking, exercise video, dancing. Anything as long as I move for 20 min every single day. I don't like exercise. I am hoping this helps me to get moving.

My challenge is a short daily :yoga: practice at home AND an every day short brush out of my dog, Rudi. I know brushing the dog isn't SBD, but if I add it on and am accountable it will make my life so much easier, especially with Spring shedding already here.:lol:

My goal is to move my body every day. (AKA, exercise, which I hate. Moving the body is anything that ventures from the norm of.. being lazy. Walking, Biking, Parking in the back of a parking lot, taking the stairs and anything that is a concious effort to move more.) |

I plan to keep up with an hour a day exercise (year-long average goal) and to eat according to my plan without... sorry, but Purplefirefly said exactly what I was thinking: "not venturing into binge mode"! So that's my goal: 1 point/day for eating what I planned to eat. Of course that includes actually planning! And doing the best I can when "something comes up" that makes it impossible to stick to the actual plan.
:drill: Time to crack down -- no more out-of-control grazing :drill: 1/31: Spent the day cooking so I have lots of options on hand. 4.5 cups of veggies are in progress. No cheating in sight. Off to the gym before dinner. 2 pts. 2/1: No cheats! Gym visit stymied but that's another story. 2 pts. 2/2: No cheating again, no binging ... in fact now I have the opposite problem, not eating enough <sigh> 1-hour yoga class 2 pts 2/3: No cheats. 1-hour body sculpting class 2 pts 2/4: No cheats.
