I have heard of synthetic hormones which lessens the concern for breat cancer. I'm not sure where to turn.

I have finally seen a hormone specialists and did the hormone tests.....got my results back today....it showed that my estrogen is okay, since your adrenal glands can still produce some estrogen and eventho I am talking 150 mg of progesterone, it didnt even register that I had it in my system, same for my cortisol level, which he said that when your cortisol is low like this, thats what causes you to gain so much weight in the middle.....and of course, he also said I need testosterone too.....he told me that alot of women dont realize they need hormone replacement because they are not having hot flashes and etc. but without the progesterone, you become excessively tired all the time......thats how I feel.....tired 24 hours a day !! he is putting me on bio identical hormone therapy which is a cream...
