Stella - I'm so proud of you for keeping up with C25K. Sorry I dropped off there. I still have every intention of doing it this year!!! I will become a runner. Schedule is just too hectic to commit the way I need to to that. You go though! Get your run on!!!

So Jessie is CB right? What movie are you planning on? Has he been acting weird since the run in with mega-b#%ch on NYE?

Amy -- good for you. I'm glad you stood up for yourself and what a witty come back. I am witty myself but I always think of much wittier things in retrospect. I hope his jaw dropped and he realized he stepped over a major line. Can you believe you've lost 50lbs?!?!? What an inspiration! I can't wait til I can say that... ****, I'd love to be able to say I've lost 30. I somehow manage to stall out and yo yo once I've lost 20. And I'm glad there was an open discussion between you and the bf. Sounds like it could've gone really badly but ended up going in a more positive direction!!!

I'm thinking my nutrition class may be kind of dope after all. Although I am a little overwhelmed, mostly because I haven't done ANY of that homework until this weekend. However, I did get my first 3 assignments done and I'm hoping to breeze through this next chapter so I can finish the other assignment and not have to worry about it right now. Little stressed, I think its because its just so new to me.

Taylor - that is very funny about the asparagus. Was the teller totally "wtf?!" HAHHAAH

Jess
- *fingers crossed* What kind of job did you interview for?

Haley - personally I would say going to dinner with a man-friend may or may not be a date. My friend Meredith always says if he pays then it is def a date, but I disagree. I think it depends on the vibe of it. My friend Jennifer's husband and I have gone to dinner together before and he paid, but that's just the way he his. Definitely did NOT go on a date with my friend's husband. LOL My friend Marcus and I have gone to dinner several times and he refuses to let me pay either, but I have begged to pay and fought with waitresses before in order to pay/pay my half. I never considered that a date either but he does kind of have a thing for me so it gets muddy... I that feeling. But -- GOOD LUCK regardless. DETAILS!

Ok details... Um

Feral- I just met him...so I cant consider him a man friend lol... and he paid and we had a really good time... we went to dinner and stayed and then sat at the bar and watched the Eagles get destroyed so I was a happy camper and come to find out he is also a Cowboys fan... perfection haha

He is 29... and seperated from his wife and has a 4 yearold daughter...and his 12 yearold step son lives with him... and he considers him is son...such a crazy situation but hes super nice and super cute and I think I might like him

Feral- My nutrition class was sooo cool and I seriously learned so much that helped me while losing weight and still does... I sent my teacher an email after losing weight and met up with her to tell her how much she helped me...she cried... that reminds me I should email her an update I was so worried about being the fat girl in class however it seriously was one of the best classes I have taken

ps I dont think Jessie is CB

Stella- crying always works and Taylor Swift of course

Amy- I would have said the same thing... I think it was definitely a good comeback and something good came out of it

Taylor- My purse becomes a storange unit... I have purses inside of purses... and I always have to pull everything out to find one little thing like chapstick...

I've been painting all weekend...well my dad has been painting my room... I said I would do my closet doors... I'm still not done...who knew these stupid doors would be so tedious... he was done yesterday...

Back to painting but I wanted to check in

jazz -- it feels SO good! Thanks :-) and CONGRATS on the loss! That's awesome!

Major NSV - I just went to the grocery store knowing FULL WELL that the bf is still gone and I could eeaassssiilllyyyy get away with a binge and I didn't buy a SINGLE thing that I would need to hide! everything I bought was OP and while there were a few treats in there, they're portioned and well-chosen

I just had some soup for lunch, am about to make a smoothie for some fruit/extra protein, and then I'm saving up cals for tonight. The general manager of my restaurant asked me to enter a karaoke contest here in Boston to win her a ski trip she really wants hahahaha... Soooo that's going to be my evening tonight. I mean, I am a trained singer.. I've been singing professionally for a while now. I just think it's RICH that she asked me to do this!! There will (obviously) be drinks involved which she's paying for... So those saved cals will be used, hahaha!

lol Jessie is NOT CB. Jessie is one of my closest girl friends. I think you're thinking this b/c on Facebook CB is tagged as Jesus. His birthday is Christmas, and some of his friends set up his facebook page (he never goes on it) so it just stays like that.

Jess - Way to go on the loss

Amy - You're my hero. If a boy said that to me I'd probably cry and starve myself for 3 days.

Arts - Yay! I think that's a huge accomplishment, staying OP while grocery shopping.

Haley - that sounds awesome - are you going to see him again?

Alright, so went to see Daybreakers. It was very much a ridiculous horror movie, so it was awesome. And Ethan Hawke is yummy. I haven't logged calories today, and I don't care. My abs hurt from crying yesterday, so I figure I deserve a somewhat off day, and I'm not even eating that much, aside from the bag of granola crisps in my lap. I thought I was buying blueberry granola, no, they're granola crisps...so kind of like little cookies. I'm really going to put them down soon, I have to clean this apartment. The positive is that there's hardly any sodium...hehehe.

I'm going to try and have lunch with CB this week - we work near each other - and I have plans every night this week (so what if 3/5 of those nights are the gym )

I just got back from my snowboard trip and I had a BLAST!!! I did really well for my first time in three years, too! This time I was able to learn how to turn! I'm a little sore from a few of the falls I took (only fell like 3 times!!!), but I'm glad my sister is such a good teacher because I had so much fun today, I didn't get frustrated or anything - I was just having a good time and was happy to be learning! I'm going again with my family and friends in two weeks!

I was organizing my stuff as I was putting away things from my trip and I came across my food journal from last year and it has me down for 225 for my highest weight at the beginning of May... so I guess my highest weight was my starting weight? I've changed my ticker and profile. Woo, extra 3lbs I've lost that I didn't even know about!

Amy - Exactly what I would have said! Great job on motivating him, and it's really cute that he wants to do that with you! I can't wait to do that John can pick me up, but I don't know if we could manage a running jump.

Jess - YAAAAY!!

Stella - Why the tears? Have fun on your movie date!

Haley - If you like him, go for it!

Congrats on all of the losses this week girls! We're one full week into 2010 and we are doing awesome so far!

I feel EXACTLY the same way. DH will try reverse psychology on me and it NEVER works. Actually makes it feel like he doesn't believe in me. I told him a while ago, to quit trying to treat me like a child and to say encouraging things instead of "you won't do it".

I had a NSV today.

Sunday nights with my dad are very important to me...but they also lead to over eating because I partake in lots of wine, cheese, steak...etc...

Today I didn't have any wine -- I drank green tea -- I didn't have cheese just a small amount of smoked salmon and 6 wheat free/gluten free crackers and I made my Dad my eggplant parm. with spag. squash on the side (it was awesome) and he offered my fiance ice cream and I didn't have a single bite.

My dad is a very healthy guy - 60 - bikes 100 miles on a regular basis, we go to the same personal trainer...he just can eat. and eat. but he is *trying* to be healthier which is nice and also supportive of me.

I was proud of my NSV...no wine, cheese or ice cream for me. YES.

I also made my classes next semester where I don't go school until 1pm on tues/thurs which means my first class is the gym. That's right - the gym.

Talking about the gym...I am gonna go to bed because I have a date with the treadmill in the morning

...no personals tonight but I promise tomorrow...

*loves*

Jess - You'll have to come to the east coast to board, it's cold here!

Taylor - That is a great NSV, congrats!

You guys.... I.... AM NO LONGER OBESE!!!!!!! I AM NOW CONSIDERED JUST OVERWEIGHT ON THE BMI CHARTS!!!! 163.8, baby, YESSSS!!!!!

I'm so happy!!!! Little 5'2" ol' me is now overweight - and I'm HAPPY about it lol! 27lbs to go until I reach the healthy category! Isn't it crazy how it takes 60lbs to get out of the obese category and about half of that to get out of the overweight category?
