This is probably my 3rd of 4th time taking a stab at this "weight-loss" thing. The first time around I was extremely self-conscious and hated everything about the way that I looked. But it drove me to work hard to lose weight. I started counting calories like crazy everyday and working out 3-4 times a week. It led to about a 15lb loss and people kept talking about how great I looked. My new found confidence led me to go out more and soon it was tougher to count calories and to find time to exercise; between work, school and social life I was left with little time for myself.
This time around I want to keep a balance and not forget myself in the process. I would like to be more healthy just for healths sake. I really want to become a runner but I dont know how long that will take. Anyhow...I hope I can stay on track!!!
