Default Excercise Bra?

Help! It's hard enough to get into an excercise routine, so I don't need any problems upstairs, please! Anyone have any good recommendations on a sprts bra that WORKS? Walmart and Target are just not cutting it. I think this is actually going to be worth the investment. Thanks!

I love the Enell Sports bra. I ordered it on-line. Oprah had it on her show.

Depending on your size and needs - how much "bounce" needs controlling! - there are some really good brands out there. Target is fine for smaller women (I would say C and below, mostly for low impact activities) but if you're above a C or doing high impact stuff, I'd say invest wisely! I personally am an annoying size (36DDD or F, depending on the brand) and I run and ride horses - the only bounce-controlling bra I will wear is the Enell, as mentioned by the previous poster. Yes, it's ugly as heck and yes, it's expensive, but it WORKS. Get the right size - you want it super-snug or it won't work. I wear a size 2 - it's hard work to get into at first, but it does strap everything down! For lower impact activities like stair climbing or yoga, I wear the Moving Comfort Maia bra - it's a combo underwire and compression bra, which I find very comfy. I got my bras from See Jane Run, but if you Google either of them, you will find a number of sites that have good prices, free shipping etc. Hope that helps!

I like the Enell Sports bra (I just did one a review on it on my blog) and also the Moving Comfort Maia and the Fiona.
