Hey Blue Team!

Sorry I've been MIA...between work, getting stitches removed and my birthday on Wednesday...life has been crazy! I'm excited to FINALLY start working out again after over a week of hiatus.

Ready to kick some booty (mainly mine this week). I would LOVE to hit 15 pounds for my birthday, which is about .6 lbs. away

G'morning Blue Ladies!! I just wanted to pop in quickly before I close this thread and create Week 2 .. to let all of you know just how incredibly you have done!!!! Ladies we have lost as a team collectively -98.2 pounds!!!! (-.68%) That is incredible.. You all RAWK!! I cannot wait to see what this week will bring.. Thats some motivation right there for getting a good start on this week!!!

Angela, good luck with that procedure today. it is today right? Anyways, I hope all goes well.

I agree that we should work together as a team, we always have. Heck, WE kept the team going when Dixie got sick and had to leave us. So Yeah, like I said the side Challenges that mercy posts are for ALL of us and we can all simply post them on your thread as well.
