Wednesday / Treadmill / 12 minutes, I got a side ache!
Friday / Treadmill / 15 minutes



2. Strength Training (3xs per week)

Monday / Deltoids, Rhomboids, Traps / 20 minutes
Tuesday / triceps, chest / 20 minutes
Wednesday / biceps, upper and back/ 25 minutes

3. Ab Focus (1x per week)

Tuesday / crunch machine / 10 crunches 4x

4. Additional Blocks

Wednesday / crunch machine / 10 crunches 3x

Saturday / Treadmill / 20minutes
