I just had my favorite meal.
You don't feel like you're on a diet when you're eating a loaded juicy burger and savory fries!
I grill a turkey burger with garlic and whatever spice mix sounds good at the moment. Stack on as many veggies that I want, this time I just put it on one of those whole wheat thin 100-cal buns. For the fries I sliced a sweet potato into thin wedges and lightly sprinkled ground cummin and a bit of garlic powder on them.
240 cal 4oz turkey patty
100 cal bun
couple calories in veggies (tomato slice, onion slice, some lettuce)
3oz sweet potato fries = about 75 cal
Not too bad for a burger and fries
