So glad to see this thread! I can't afford a gym membership, so I rotate through walking outside with my dogs and doing videos inside. I bought two Leslie Sansone DVDs, and there is one 30 min video that does intervals of cardio walking and strength training, and then another 30 minute video that does cardio walking intervals with kickboxing, and these are my favorite! I actually enjoy doing them, which is crazy because 3 months ago I would have told you that I hated exercising!
I am taking day off ,,,kinda..Been doing 30 min spring cleaning..
I have a stepper, that I will clean the dust off and start using that and see how much I can do with that step climber machine...I will that some day this week..
Played Just Dance for a short period of time. My daughter was dancing with me. Then I accidentally smacked my daughter while trying some of the moves. Needless to say, I had to stop to make sure that she was okay, and to hug and kiss her. She was fine, thank goodness. It wasn't that hard of a hit, but it shocked her.
I did 3 miles today. Leslie Sansone Walking to the Hits with HIIT training.

Aww Tootsie I accidentally stepped on my kitten (she was ok) not seeing her while exercising, it happens. I wonder how often it happens in Zumba classes at the gym because people really get into it. Food wise I've had a terrible day, but I am hoping to get some physical activity in to offset some of the damage. BTW yesterday I kicked butt, I did my Leslie Sansone 1 mile lol, which is good but not that special since I am used to most of the moves, but normally I avoid the arm raises with the knee lifts but this time I toughed it out and it was awesome.

Thank you Liliann! Yesterday (4/27) I had a horrible binge, we're talking over 5,000 calories, I kind of stopped counting after awhile, I was triggered, it happened, I am moving on. Tonight I stepped on the scale and it said I gained about 6 lbs. *yikes* but I know it isn't a "real" gain, that won't happen for a few days and it will be about 2-3 lbs. in the meantime I am back on track. I did my Leslie Sansone 1 mile, the arm raises with the knee lifts is the hardest part for me, but I toughed it out, and feel great for it.
