POP again yesterday. I could get used to this. My boobs are already beginning to fit back into their holder. LOL

Hi all..I had started calorie counting as my long term and hoping to chime in here on a daily basis to share my end of the day calories..had 1,030 /1800 for today..

Looking forward on us reaching our goals in the new year!!

Welcome Liliann, Glad to see a new face. Good luck on you weight loss journey. Jump right in here. We are pretty friendly.


Today was weigh in day and my efforts showed on the scale. I lost 4.2 lbs over the last week. I'm a happy, happy camper.

I am fasting along with eating low carb foods..am down 62 so far!!! I check the scale often.

Holding POP! WooHoo! 10 days straight so far.

As most of you know a dear friend hand dips chocolates for the Holidays and her gift to me arrived yesterday. I've tried several methods to deal with this, eating some and freezing the rest was last year's idea. That lasted for 3 days before I gave in and poof they were gone. Yes, I ate them all in one day! I've given them away when I could find a friend or neighbor not dieting. I've thrown them away after eating only 1 or 2. You name it. I've done it. This year I've been invited to join my cousins for Christmas dinner. I'm not even opening the shipping envelope until Christmas and plan to take the unopened box as my hostess gift. At least they'll be out of my house and I won't scarf them all down in front of family and friends. BTW: I've asked my friend not to send them. It doesn't work!

This is a busy week for those planning big things for Christmas. Please remember to take, even just a few minutes, to be good to yourself, maybe a bubble bath, a hot chocolate with a good book, or even short nap. You deserve it.

I slipped off program today. Luckily I hadn't used any of my extra WW points cause I ate a lot of them. I've got my head back on straight now but the damage is done.

POP yesterday! Had to weigh in at WW on Wed. this week, and next too, as they are closed for holidays the next two Thursdays. I lost another 1.6 lbs! I'm happy.

Judy...Great job on your weigh in!! Awesome.

I was fasting since August till now..and it brought me under 400 ..now will change to calorie counting and my on going efforts!! I will share each night my end calories...I am ready!!

Back on track yesterday. I haven't weighed. Think I will just eat right till the first if the year and then weigh.
Got my tree down yesterday and house rearranged.

Deb, You've been busy. Hold it together. Knowing you, even if there's a gain it will be small.

I know I will have a gain. It's looking like a large one. It is what it is....

Grandkids arrive tomorrow for a few days. Will have my hands very full. Praying my sinuses are better by then. Thankful it's just sinus. So many people sick with the flu !!
