The End of Overeating is by David Kessler. Refuse to Regain by Barbara Berkely is another great perspective changer. Even though the book is about maintaining weight loss already accomplished, I think everyone should read it before, during and after weight loss, because Refusing to backslide is a lesson that can be learned before reaching goal weight.

I think that all of us feel that inner voice trying to bring us down. But the thing is it is important to try to get past it. It is so easy to give into the voice I know that I have like when I loose 5 pounds I reward myself for doing good with things which I know I should not be eating then I eat all of so I wont be templted and end up gaining the weight back, so I am thinking let us work together to defeat the inner voices and to listen to the new voice waiting for a brand new me. Good Luck to all of us defeating our demons.
