Starting to get excited about vacation. We leave next Friday for a 5 day cruise to 3 ports we've never been to before. Feel good in my head going in to this one.

Quick stop. Just weighed in and got groceries, now off to meet friends.

Lost 2.8 lbs this week. That repairs the 1.8 gain last week and brings me down another pound too!

Good morning to you Carol, it is a wet, gray miserable looking day here. LOL! Maybe it will improve.

My youngest and her family are coming for the weekend. I have tried to keep my head and NOT cook everything fattening I can think of. So far I think I have done well with eating low potassium, but drinking water oyi! I hate water! Probably the reason my creatinine is elevated I must drink water!

Cold rain here. When did it start? When I was 5 minutes from home with frozen food to unload when I got here. <shrug> We do very much need the rain though so I'm whining, not complaining.

Lost a good friend to cancer yesterday so today I'm making phone calls for
the family. He lived a long life and died in his sleep. It was a blessing.

OP and trying to plan ahead so I can stay that way.

judy_ so sorry for your loss!!
we had rain overnight but a nice can cold gloomy day here today.

I spent the day at my oldest daughters house working in her flower beds. It was alot of hard physical work. WE spend 6 hours digging and raking. We got alot done but still have to replace all the dirt and plastic and plant shrubs and plants before covering it all with rocks. It will sure be nice when its finished. I also brought home a few nice plants to plant. Im hurting tonight in place I had forgotten about. lOL

Good Morning everyone!

A gloomy start to a Sunday here for sure at least weather wise. Had to don my winter coat yesterday and there might be some wet snow in later today. But my WI was sunny and I am down 1.8. I went for an hour long walk yesterday and it felt great.

Plucky.....keep that snow over there. It's supposed to stay rain starting just west of me, near Syracuse. We didn't have Winter this Winter and we sure don't want it now.
