Day 7 POP calorie wise! Though I was at the top end of my limit.

Kats HATE being wet!! Almost dried off today. Taken all vitamins and working on protein. Snuggling in floofy towels.

POP today with 50 minutes exercise and every bite recorded. Doesn't get any better than this does it.

POP today with everything recorded in MyFitnessPal. So glad I found this resource. Ladies I think I'm on the lifeboat! Gave up pop today, or "soda" as a lot of you call it lol! Headache is here, but I took an Excedrin to get SOME caffeine and I feel a lot better.

Going to try to work out for a bit if I can get things set up! So happy to have found you guys!

I was at my high end today too, Heather, but stayed POP. I can see I won't be changing my calorie limit any time soon.... staying where I belong has been challenging, so I'll stay right here until it feels easy.

YAY for all these days we're stringing together! WTG, boaters!

Tomorrow's day 10... I'm psyched to make this segment dry.

Day 9 POP!!! I'm nursing a cold so am skipping exercise, but calories and veggies all good!!

Tomorrow I have a lunch out, which is a bit of a challenge, but I think I'll be okay.

Day 2 POP for me! Woo hoo! Still no "pop" aka soda, and I'm doing great! Tiny caffeine headaches, but otherwise I feel excellent.

I stuck my foot in the water yesterday. It was cold so I pulled it back in quickly. Today will be lots of salad and grilled chicken.Water water water

Day 10 is going well! Even though I don't know how many calories I've eaten. But I had a small breakfast, went out for lunch and ate half for lunch and half for dinner. I felt totally in control and will make my best guess and write everything down.

I also got in a good walk, so that makes it POP for me!!
