Didn't have internet access last night, so I couldn't check in, but other than that, I'm staying POP. My calories were nicely under the limit I had set for yesterday (1850), but I'm going with that as my limit again today.
TOM thinks he's sneaking up on me. I was eating more this week, but all protein. Dry and staying away from the vending machine at work, doing well with vitamins and adding protein!
Of course I did the wrong thing and stepped on the scale (oiy, TOM has his foot on it).
I am staying far away from the vending machine and cookies at work. As long as I don't have one, I'm fine.
I worked out this morning! yay me! And my calories are good. But little wiggle room for the evening. I sense a big mug of tea to both fill and warm me.
GGG, lots of water weight goes fast when back on track. Hope the gym celebrates your return

Heather, the warm herbal tea at night has been a great staple these past few cold nights. I wasn't even "using" it to not snack, I was just cold and wanted to warm up inside.
Hoping for another POP day and going to try to ignore the TOM-scale horror number.
Okay, I did it! Eating was a bit challenging: whenever I try to go low fat as well as count calories, I find myself hungry, but I managed to stay on track and within my calorie limit. I'm going to stay here, at 1800, for a couple of weeks while I try to get my exercise up to 30 minutes a day.
Day 4 POP.
Day 5, here we come!
