Get some sun on your face and stay in the middle of the boat, Debby!

Day 5 was a challenge, but I was clinging to the knowledge that I didn't want to break these 10 days. DH and I went out to dinner but I made good choices and came in under my limit; got my water and exercise in. So day 5 in the boat.

You had me worried for a sec, Carol!

I posted in another thread about my recommitment to weight loss. A combination of factors have made me realize I can really do this!

So, yesterday was Day 5, POP for me -- and I'm ready for more!

Day 6 POP, 7/7 for 2012. Hope the current plan gets me some results in a few weeks, coz I can do this too! Spring semester starts Monday, and it's going to be WAAAAY better for weight loss than fall semester was.

Have a great Day 7 everybody. We only get one day 7 in this set of 10, so make the most of it.

I also feel like this will be the time this weight will get off and stay off.

Yesterday was a marathon road trip with my elderly parents - food was not great but it was one day.

Today I will exercise and be POP.

Well, yesterday I did fine with calories, but didn't get in all my veggies/fruit. I'm just not going to worry about it. I ate no sweets, and that's more important! I also exercised and wrote everything down, so that's POP in my book. That was Day 6!

So, onto Day 7!

I fell out of the boat today.. bleh! I cut the top of my finger and got 4 stitches and felt sorry for myself. Hardly any protein and too many carbs. That stupid TOM has been stepping on my scale behind my back too. Sorry for the whine. Gotta get dried off. The good news is that I got all my vitamins this week.

Hugs,
Ratkity

Hey, Ratkity, I know cats don't like to be wet! Here's, like, 10 towels. Get dry and fluffy!

WTG to all you in the middle of the boat. I'm there with you! Day 7 POP.

Only 3 days left in this string of 10... I can see the next boat on the horizon!

I haven't been POP every day but I AM making progress every day, getting back down slowly to the calorie goal I had. Today I made it! I'm calling this a win even if I did take a few laps around the boat last week.

Carol, here's a towel for you. You've gotta watch out for that spray.

8/8 POP for me but it wasn't easy.
