Well it's official as of my Monday morning weigh in. I've lost 60 lbs! It seems hard to believe. I've lost a significant amount of weight twice in the past but it's been years now and I thought it would be harder in my 40's. I think I have a better attitude this time and I'm not letting weight loss be the only thing in my life. Is it on my mind multiple times a day? Sure. But if I have one food item that isn't exactly on the plan, I don't throw in the towel.
Although I seldom post here I am happy to be able to read other people's success and struggles and know I'm not the only one.
