    This month I'm also doing http://hundredpushups.com/ challenge. My fatigue test was at 15 "knee" style pushups. Tomorrow is Week 1, Day 1. This year I'm focusing on bodyweight exercise and lifting my beloved Kettlebell. Good luck everybody! You can do it.
  • I'm in! I missed the first 3 days, so I'll go with 30 minutes a day from here on out through January, for a total of 810 minutes.
  • Only 24 minutes on the wii this morning.

    Group Total: 614 + 24 = 638

    Personal: 125

    Group: 638 + 65 = 703Min
  • 703 + 180 = 983 group total

  • 35 min on the elliptical. With intervals. It actually felt good.

    Group total ~ 1013 + 35 = 1048 min
  • I miss the elliptical.

    Hi, All!
    I didn't quite make my Dec goal, so I'm gonna leave it at 1000 and try harder to make it.

    So far I've got

    Personal Goal = 95/1000

    GROUP TOTAL = 1245 + 95 = 1340
  • 1340 + 30 = 1370 group total

  • Another 30 minutes around the gym. Too cold to do anything else!
