Managed to maintain and even drop a couple of pounds during the holiday!!
Here's where we stand, as of this morning!!
Tues through Sunday = 180 minutes
PERSONAL GOAL = 580+195 = 785/1000

I haven't been posting my daily minutes because the month has been a blur! However, I've been tracking them on a spreadsheet I keep so I'll add my total on Thursday. I should be around 1,500 for the month.

-90 mins. Running around with my cousins acting like kids again in the snow. lol We're all in our early to mid-20s, but it was fun!

Final December totals for me.
On December 29, 2009: weigh-in = 299.5 lbs.
Exercises I did the most in the last 2 weeks: Turkish Getups, "knee" pushups, taking the stairs, loading and unloading heavy bags/boxes from my van, walking and Kettlebell lifting.
Personal Total: 1,135 + 970 = 2105/1,800 minutes
Group Total: 6,425 + 970 = 7,395 minutes
Sorry for not posting daily. Tough month due to family member having a stroke. Watching others receive consequences of not exercising and eating in a healthful way helps me stay on my path. I made my end of year weight goal and I will make my life goals. Thanks for all the support.
