I'm curious, how long was it before you could spend more than 10 minutes on the elliptical trainer? I still weigh more than 300 lbs. and can't seem to stay on it for more than 10 minutes without some serious discomfort in my knees. My sports medicine doctor told me it would get better once I lost more weight, but I haven't moved below the 308 lbs for at least two months.
Tomorrow I'm going to get over-the-top serious about eating every three hours, mostly protein and steamed veggies during the day, with high fiber carbs in the morning and seriously fibrous veggies at dinner. And plenty of water. I am going to bust this 300 lbs for good!!!!! And then I am going to really kick some booty on my elliptical trainer!
