Today’s weigh-in brings me to 268.0 which is 2.4 pounds less than last week. Although today I'm admitting that I'm not well, and depending how the next few days go I might move my rest/maintenance week up.
Today’s weigh-in brings me to 267.8 which is 0.2 pounds less than last week. I'm a little surprised that I'm down this week as I was doing a rest/maintenance week (eating tons) although my period did fall in the middle of it, so that may be why.
I started getting healthy on 9/21. I didn't have a scale so I had to wait till 9/23 and use the scale at the doctors office. I'm sure I weighed more on the 21st but I'm putting the weight from the 23rd (335.5) as my starting weight, my all time high.
This week 9/30, I weighed in at 333.5, down 2 pounds. Not to bad considering it's that TOM. I'm hopping for a little more off next week since I'm exercising my butt off, literally .
I weighed in this morning and I am glad to report a 2lb loss I have gone from 182lb to 180lbs. Hopefully I will be able to say very soon goodbye 180's and hello to 170's.
ToniLight you are very close to being in deuceland (200's) look forward to celebrate that mini goal achieved.
