Hi, I'm pretty new to this board.
As of yesterday's weekly weigh, my stats:
SW 6/1: 310
CW: 289.2
This week's loss: 2.2 pounds
So that's almost 21 pounds in 8 weeks. If that seems like it's awfully fast, it's not, I dropped 9 in the first week, mostly water I suppose, and it's come off slowly and steadily since then.
I've already met two 10-pound goals (I have to break it down that way, or I become overwhelmed) have started my 3rd 10 pounds
and am 2/3 of the way to my first longer term goal of 279 ponds, which would be a 10% loss.
I'm very pleased.
