Wow, I just found this weigh in thread, didn't know us 300's had our own!

This week-333
Lost 4.25 lbs.

Today’s weigh-in brings me to 286.6 which is 5.4 pounds less than last week. It’s actually too high a change for me to trust. I suspect some of it is water weight as it came off very quickly so who knows what the next week will bring.

Weighed 307.8, down 4.2 from last week. 8.8 to go to a number I haven't seen in years and years. Maybe as many as 9 or 10.

I thought I had it on Saturday, but I went back up to 310 today. Probably because of all the salt in that dang sugar free pudding...!! No matter, next week it WILL go down!

I was hoping to get down to 329 or 330 this week but I am happy nonetheless!

285.2 today, down 1.4 pounds from last week. I thought it would be a bit more but Friday overnight I went up by almost 2 pounds and only a part of that had come off this morning. Likely TOM issues (just finished) but who knows.

Hi, I'm pretty new to this board.

As of yesterday's weekly weigh, my stats:

SW 6/1: 310
CW: 289.2

This week's loss: 2.2 pounds

So that's almost 21 pounds in 8 weeks. If that seems like it's awfully fast, it's not, I dropped 9 in the first week, mostly water I suppose, and it's come off slowly and steadily since then.

I've already met two 10-pound goals (I have to break it down that way, or I become overwhelmed) have started my 3rd 10 pounds and am 2/3 of the way to my first longer term goal of 279 ponds, which would be a 10% loss.

I'm very pleased.
